Due Diligence Services

The scope of transactional due diligence continues to expand and change, and New England Envirostrategies tracks these changes via American Standards and Testing Materials (ASTM) Standards E1527 and E1903 to provide standard-of-care information to the parties of commercial and industrial real estate transactions. Our staff have conducted hundreds of ESAs and ESA updates on properties ranging from large parcels of undeveloped land to the Prudential Tower in Boston. ESAs satisfy one of the purchaser limitations on Superfund liability.
