Muriel is a native New Hampshire’ite’ who returned to the Granite State from a 9 year hiatus on the west coast for graduate school and work. She graduated from Laconia High School and University of New Hampshire and spends her non-work time as mother of three children, wife to Michael, and in pursuit of excitement, like skiing, swimming, horseback riding, climbing and sailing from their camp on Cow Island in Lake Winnipesaukee. In support of this love of the out-of-doors and lakes, she and Mike recently placed their land into conservation with the 5 Rivers Conservation Trust, and she serves as a property adopter for the Lakes Region Conservation Trust. In her spare time she takes fiddle lessons, and enjoys group jams and playing at local contra dances.
